When You Need Cabinet Installation
Sagging shelves, doors that no longer close flush, and drawer slides that grind are usually signs of old particle board boxes or a cabinet run that was never leveled. Water damage under the sink shows up as a swollen cabinet floor that keeps getting worse.
Walls in homes built from the 1960s through the 1980s are rarely plumb, and floors are rarely flat. Hanging boxes straight to those surfaces guarantees gaps at the ceiling and doors that will not line up.
Our Cabinet Installation Process
We start with a laser level and a layout line around the whole room, then set the uppers first so we are not reaching over base cabinets. Boxes are fastened into studs, joined tightly to each other, and shimmed until every face is in the same plane.
Fillers and scribe molding are cut to the actual wall, not to a straight edge. Toe kicks, crown, and light rail go on last, then every door and drawer front is adjusted so the reveals match across the run. Hardware is drilled with a jig so nothing is off by an eighth of an inch.
Cabinet Installation Cost in Bellevue
Cabinet cost comes down to box construction, door style, finish, and how many custom pieces your walls need. Crooked walls in older Bellevue homes add filler and scribe work.
You get an itemized quote covering cabinets, hardware, and labor before we order anything. Nothing changes unless you approve it in writing.
Why Choose Us
Licensed in Washington, L&I registered, bonded, and insured. Written itemized quotes, same-day callbacks, and a start date you can count on.
The same lead carpenter is on your job from delivery to punch list, so quality does not change halfway through.
Ramblers in Lake Hills and Newport often need soffits removed for full-height uppers. Split-levels in Factoria have short walls that need custom filler solutions. Larger homes in Somerset, Bridle Trails, Medina, and Clyde Hill often use inset door styles, which are far less forgiving and need a very accurate install.
We also plan for our damp climate by sealing cut edges near sinks and dishwashers so a small leak does not ruin a cabinet box.
